Where We Work: Bucks County, Philadelphia and Southeastern Pennsylvania

Elite Basement Solutions is based in Feasterville-Trevose and works throughout Bucks County, into Philadelphia, and across the surrounding southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey communities within a reasonable drive of home base. This page exists to answer one question honestly: do we cover your street. Below is where we work regularly, where we travel for larger jobs, and a straightforward way to check if we haven't listed your specific town.

We're not going to claim a footprint that stretches into every county in the region, a lot of waterproofing companies advertise coverage areas that don't hold up once you're actually trying to schedule a crew. Basement waterproofing and foundation repair are hands-on trades. A company that says yes to every zip code in three states either subcontracts the work out or doesn't show up when they say they will. We'd rather tell you plainly where we are and let that be the pitch.

Our Core Service Area: Bucks County

Bucks County is home turf. Our Bucks County service area page covers the full county in more detail, but our most frequently served towns include:

Feasterville-Trevose, our home base and Lower Southampton Township
Bensalem, the Delaware River and Philadelphia border communities
Levittown, Bristol, Middletown, and Falls Township
Yardley, Yardley Borough and Lower Makefield Township, along the river and canal

Philadelphia and Northeast Philadelphia

We serve Philadelphia proper regularly, particularly the Northeast Philadelphia neighborhoods that border Bensalem and lower Bucks County, Somerton, Bustleton, and the surrounding communities along the Route 1 corridor.

Rowhome and twin foundations common in Philadelphia present different challenges than the detached homes typical of Bucks County suburbs, and we scope those jobs accordingly.

Montgomery County

We also work in Montgomery County, particularly the communities closest to the Bucks County line. Our Montgomery County service area page covers that coverage area and the townships we serve most often there.

Chester County and Delaware County

We also serve homeowners in Chester County and Delaware County, PA.

Where We Don't Go

We do not serve the state of Delaware (we do serve Delaware County, PA).

What Happens When You Call

When you call and give us your address, we check it against our regular service area before we say anything else. If it's inside the range we cover, which for most of Bucks County, Northeast Philadelphia, and eastern Montgomery County it will be, we schedule a free on-site evaluation, usually within a few days depending on our current schedule.


If your address falls outside that range, we'll tell you that on the same call rather than booking an appointment we can't really follow through on well.

The evaluation itself is a full walk-through of the basement or crawl space, inside and out where access allows. We're looking for the specific point or points where water is getting in, not just confirming that a basement is wet, which anyone can see.


That distinction matters because the right fix depends on identifying the actual entry path, a cove joint, a crack, a block core, exterior grading, rather than guessing from general symptoms.


Once we've walked the space, you get a written recommendation that lays out what we found and what we'd do about it.
